Google has acknowledged some issues that Google News publishers have encountered with Webmaster Tools. The company posted to the Google News blog to let publishers know what the issues were and that they are working on fixing them.
Google Sends Partners to Search Appliance Customers
Google is giving new Enterprise Search Appliance customers an "ROI JumpStart". What this means is they’re sending people to help you deploy it for two days. These people come from "select Google enterprise partners."
New customers who license a GSA covering one million documents or more by September 30 are eligible.

Google to Handle NewsGator RSS Products
Google Reader is becoming the online companion to and synchronization platform for NewsGator’s RSS readers including FeedDemon and NetNewsWire. Users have until August 31 to migrate to Google Reader, when NewsGator will shut down NewsGator Online.
