Still jonesin’ from last Friday’s Microsoft/Yahoo buzz hysteria, there are reports that Yahoo could end this Friday with a major announcement, giving us all something to talk about over the weekend. Whether that happens or not, it’s clear that Yahoo doesn’t have much more time to make a decision.

We can only expect this issue to be brought before the courts more and more, which might mean it is eventually decided by much higher courts: Does targeting your competitor’s trademark keyword in search ads constitute "use in commerce," and thus a trademark violation.
Real Estate Sites Drawing Traffic Due To Foreclosures
Real estate Web sites are featuring a growing number of homes that are in pre-foreclosure and foreclosure. In March, Yahoo Real Estate launched a site focused on foreclosures with Realty Trac broadening the reach of information to nearly 500 million global users. "The goal for you as a buyer is to purchase a property at least 20 percent below full market value, although better deals are often possible," reads Yahoo’s site.
Links On Yahoo Answers Lose Power
This isn’t nearly as serious as having a car’s wheels fall off while a prospective buyer takes a test drive. Still, even as Microsoft tries to push Yahoo into a sale, links within questions and responses on Yahoo Answers have ceased working.
