Appreciative Inquiry: A Powerful Project Leadership Tool

I was recently introduced to a concept called appreciative inquiry (AI) at a conference in Phoenix, Arizona, called Amplifying Your Effectiveness. I was so excited about the possibility of using AI with project teams that I searched the internet to find more information. I discovered that Dr. David L. Cooperrider of Case Western Reserve University is one of AI’s primary originators. AI originally grew out of the organization development (OD) field as far back as the 1970s.

What Do I Sell?

What do I sell? This is a very critical question that I get asked very often. Yes there are loads of people out there who have obtained all the right online marketing tools, they have learned all the concepts and techniques of online marketing, yet they don`t know what to sell. Yes they keep shuffling along from program to program hoping to strike it rich somewhere. They loose a lot of money along the way to ultimately get disillusioned.

Looking Ahead: The Future Of Search Marketing

I have a couple…ok three questions for you.

#1. What do you see in the future of the SEO marketing? My concern is that with everyone seemingly wanting to fatten their wallets with paid inclusion and PPC, that the search engines will drop the regular spidering and go with advertising. This would only make it impossible for the little guy to get good positioning. Will the Internet community “allow” for this to happen and just go along with it?
