AdWords Opportunities Expanded to More Advertisers
Earlier in the summer Google began beta testing the Opportunities Tab in AdWords. This is a feature in advertisers’ accounts that tries to point them to additional cost-effective traffic for their search campaigns.
Google is now expanding the beta to more advertisers in the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom and Australia. Google says over the next few business days, they will expand the beta to all English-language accounts.

What’s Been Going on with TweetMeme?
Update 2: Tweetmeme is now created a new URL-shortening service – Rep.ly – for use exlcusively with its commenting system, making it easier to retweet TweetMeme comments on a story and get users further engaged with content (via Mashable).
Meanwhile, TweetMeme has also put together a couple of videos showing the functionality of the retweet button and the new bookmarklet.
Update: TweetMeme Launched it’s new version on Friday, and it is a "complete revamp" of the site. According to the company, it "encompasses a total rewrite of our scoring system, filtering engine and a whole raft of user interface enhancements and tweaks."
Online Shoppers Missing Out On Coupon Savings
The majority of online shoppers who use coupons are missing out on savings by using invalid or expired coupons, according to a new report commissioned by Coupon Craze and conducted by Harris Interactive.
The majority (94%) of online shoppers have had an expired or invalid coupon code but more than half (57%) have continued with their purchase despite not being able to use the coupon.

A few questions surrounding the departure of Kai-Fu Lee from Google China have now been answered. Lee isn’t leaving due to any perceived failure – indeed, he thinks Google China is doing rather well – and it turns out that he’s landed a position as the head of a venture capital firm.
Flickr Added To The iPhone App Store
Yahoo has released three new mobile applications for the iPhone and the BlackBerry.
Flickr for mobile has launched as iPhone app allowing users to upload, share and tag photos and videos while staying connected to the Flickr community. iPhone users can down the app via the iTunes App store.
