In Business, Image Isn’t Everything; It’s the Only Thing!

We have all heard this lament, but how much do we practice it. With all the relaxed rules today, do we really present ourselves in the best light. It seems all the articles I see today are about how old fashioned today’s workers find their supervisors or bosses to be in the way they dress, the policies they implement and the old fashioned ways in which they conduct their business.

The Anatomy of a Web Site Hosting Offer

Where do you go when you want to build a business website? You can pay a consulting firm to build the site, but you still need to place the code on a web server somewhere on the Internet so that people can reach it. Whether you are a small business owner or a division manager within a corporate environment, your choices for the location of that web server are limited. Now we are getting smarter, after having tried Ezine advertisements that have produced excellent results.

Of that, 425,000 positions will go unfilled because of a lack of qualified applicants.

Submit site to announce it to the world!

NO, don’t bother! It’s a waste of time, and you’ll probably just receive lots of spam.

Instead, submit your site to the major search engines and directories, monitor results, and resubmit only if your site isn’t listed yet. (You have worked hard on page content, page title and keyword and description meta tags, haven’t you?) Repeat this process for any new content you create.
