Now that this blog is over a year old, I feel it’s in need of a bit of a design refresh. So, I am playing around with the different blog templates TypePad provides.
If there are some you like better than others, please weigh in. Some remarked that the design I had up this morning was too hard to read. This one so far seems pretty cool.
I am also making changes to how comments and trackbacks are handled. Over the past several months I have seen a big up tick in comment/trackback spam. As a result, all comments/trackbacks will now be cued by TypePad until I have had a chance to review and approve/deny. All comments and trackbacks will go up on the site unless they are 1) blatant spam, 2) link to/contain offensive content or 3) are exact duplicates.
The only other alternative I have is to implement TypeKey registration, but I would prefer to keep the blog easy to participate in.
