It seems that Twitter may be taking a stand against the practice of selling followers for cash. uSocial, an Australian company that became rather infamous for trying something similar with Digg, has apparently been directed to stop spamming the microblogging site.
AT&T Enters the Yahoo Ad-Selling Business
Yahoo and AT&T announced a partnership, where AT&T will sell Yahoo! display ad inventory to local businesses in the US. They will begin doing so later this summer.
"Local businesses are looking to drive in-store traffic, and our alliance with AT&T Interactive will help them reach a local audience of highly-engaged potential customers on Yahoo!," said Jim Schinella, Senior Vice President, North America Region, Yahoo!.

eBay Launches Selling Manager For Third Party Developers
eBay has announced it is beta testing its subscription-based Selling Manager service platform that allows third party developers to embed their applications at My eBay where professional sellers manage their business.
The platform is used by 270,000 online sellers in the U.S. to manage their business. eBay says it will no longer charge for its Selling Manager service in an effort to attract third-party developers.
