The stock options are being offered to investors using an unorthodox method known as a Dutch Auction. Understanding Google AdSense
Google Adsense allows webmasters to dynamically serve content relevant advertisements on web pages. If the visitor clicks one of the Adsense ads served to the website, the website owner is credited for the referral. Google’s Adsense program essentially allows approved websites to dynamically serve Google’s pay-per-click Adword results.

Yesterday Google announced the closing of bidder registration to end at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on Thursday, August 12, 2004. The auction for shares of Google’s Class A common stock will commence soon thereafter. You must have a bidder ID if you intend to submit a bid in the auction for Google’s Class A common stock.

Tuesday night’s SES mixer in San Jose was highly anticipated by most attendees. It was, after all, the Google Dance -being held at the Googleplex no less. At roughly 6:30, the tour busses started to line up outside the main convention center to begin shuttling attendees to the land of the giant. Needless to say, I think everyone went.
