Corporate Web 2.0 Usage Catching On

Twenty-four percent of companies say they currently use Web 2.0 social software and another 8 percent say they will begin using it in the next year, according to a survey from ChangeWave Research.

Podcast.com’s Top Podcasts of 2007

Treedia Labs and Podcast.com released their top 10 podcasts of 2007 list, and the content suggests that podcast fans are still early adopters, if early adopters can still be described as young, tech-savvy (higher income) males.

FCC To Investigate Comcast, Verizon

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Kevin Martin says the regulatory agency will investigate allegations that Comcast interferes with p2p Internet traffic. He also said Verizon Wireless would be under the microscope after complaints the company blocked text messages from an abortion rights group.

Earth Class Mail Picks Up $13.3 Million

There are times when the concept surrounding a company's products or services is difficult to understand.  This is (at least in part) one of those times, but the primary piece of news here is that Earth Class Mail received $13.3 million in funding.
