Ten bucks says in a hundred years this law is going to make as much sense as Kentucky’s anti-carrying-an-ice-cream-cone-in-your-back-pocket law.* California governor Arnold Swartzenegger signed legislation outlawing texting while driving, at least until cars drive themselves.

Americans Anxious Over Online Privacy
The majority of Americans are concerned about what is being done with their personal information online according to a new poll from Consumer Reports.The poll found that 82 percent of people are concerned about their credit card numbers being stolen online, while 72 percent are concerned that their online activity is being tracked and profiled by companies.

Google Helps Presenters Prioritize Questions
Google has released a tool (in beta of course) called Google Moderator to help you prioritize questions for Q&A sessions. It’s hosted by the Google App Engine and lets users submit questions directed toward certain people. Then others can vote on the question’s worth. MySpace Music Finally Shows Up!
After much anticipation and hype (a good deal coming from myself), MySpace Music has finally launched. They’ve got a few more friends on board as well. Besides the aforementioned Sony BMG, Universal, and Warner Bros, EMI and Sony ATV have joined the site now too.
Google Wants to Protect Old People
Google has made an effort to help educate senior citizens about online safety and privacy issues. The company has teamed up with AARP, for an online safety video series on display on the Google Privacy YouTube channel.
