MySpace Launches Spanish Site
MySpace is attempting to broaden its reach and appeal with the beta launch of MySpace en Español, a new Spanish-language version for U.S. based Hispanics. They are also launching a new regional site in Spanish for Latin American residents and have plans for localized communities in Mexico and Brazil.

Google and Performics
Google is treading in dangerous waters right now. The prolific company will inherit its own search engine optimization (SEO) company called Performics after purchasing the online advertising giant DoubleClick on April 13th (takeover due to complete at the end of the year) and so far there is no sure indication of the company’s future.

Mobile TV Popular Among Males
When it comes to the smallest screen, Mobile TV is a hit with males under the age of 35, according to a new study from comScore. The study found that close to two out of three Mobile TV subscribers are male.
Mobile TV was found to be most popular among 25-34 year olds, as they have a high level of interest and acceptance of the medium. Forty-six percent of those who currently subscribe to Mobile TV are below the age of 35, and 65 percent are male. Males were more likely than average to have an interest in Mobile TV, while females were more likely to have little interest.
