Yahoo Showing Place Holder Page?

We recently made two changes to our website. First we corrected a canonical url problem and then we changed our dynamic url's to static url's. For the past two weeks yahoo is showing the following description for our home page in the natural searches. Yahoo has already indexed our home page a few times.

Yes sometimes Yahoo doesn't show an up to date title & description. It may help to submit a sitemap to Yahoo. Maybe also try building more links to keep the Yahoo spider coming back to your site frequently. Or if you can afford it, getting a Yahoo directory listing would likely help too.
