It could be either spam attack or algorithm update. What are some of the keywords? Yahoo did just do an algorithm update around March 27th. I wouldn't be surprised if they followed it up with another one recently. Some spammer could've also figured out something offpage that Yahoo penalizes for.

I have had the same problems with yahoo, though when I was looking through my stats on G A and stat counter I noticed some very strange searches that were repeated within a certain amount of time. Have you considered you have been hit with black hat seo tactics? I would do a double check of your backlinks to make sure they are not being placed on link farms.

May be you'll get your ranking back after a few weeks. May be this is temporaly.
