Yahoo has me listed with AND without the www

Hi there,
Today I was doing a search on Yahoo for my main keywords and noticed something funny. Some of my search results listed my website with the www prefix, and some listed my website without. Now somewhere in the back of my mind I have the memory that having your website listed both ways is not a good thing. Is there any way to fix this and have Yahoo list my website with the www instead of without?

Yes I have seen this for some of my websites even when i was 301 redirecting the non-www to the www.
