Yahoo & Carl Icahn Reach Agreement

Yahoo announced today that the company has reached an agreement with billionaire activist and proxy battle leader, Carl Icahn. The agreement essentially states that Icahn will end the proxy battle to overthrow Yahoo's board and will be given a seat, along with two members that he chooses, on the board after the August 1st Board of Directors meeting.
