Thank you incrediblehelp for suggesting me with the url.
I've written to YSE and got the reply as follows: It has been determined that your site may not comply with Yahoo!'s Content Quality Guidelines located at: Yahoo! Search Content Quality Guidelines. - Yahoo! Search Help Below are some answers to common questions regarding this issue: Q: What are some of the common reasons that a site may violate Yahoo!'s Content Policy Guidelines? A: Yahoo!'s Content Quality Guidelines (link above) outline what we are and are not looking for in pages that we index. Listed below are some of the more common reasons that a site may violate these guidelines: - Cloaking (showing crawlers deceptive content about a site) - Massive domain interlinking- Use of affiliate programs without the addition of substantial unique content - Use of reciprocal link programs (aka "link farms") - Hidden text - Excessive keyword repetition ......... From the beginning of the site.... ...it had affiliate products. ....no hidden text ....cloaking is there but i think it is done through SE friendly method. ....no excessive keyword repetition. The site has about 10 sub-domains. Is it a problem? What does the massive domain interlinking mean? how my site is against to the Yahoo guidelines... Could anybody analyze it for me and suggest the best means to come out of the ban. Will adding the content give the results.... I didn't have I've nothing done wrong

I think you are banned. I'm pretty sure I've been banned as well, although the last time I checked I was indexed, just not showing up in the results. It sucks, because I'm on the first page in Google for all my keywords and phrases. Part of me thinks Yahoo has Google envy and banned me for spite. :P
I've been looking over our sites to see if there is anything in common and a couple of things pop out at me. Maybe we can hep each other. We both have title tags in our hyperlinks that are exactly the same as the text of the hyperlink. I do not think it is your affiliates. I have none. One other thing is at the top of your code there is an H1 followed by an H2 and then the table is closed. I use divs, but mine is closed before any other content too. Maybe there should be content after those, before the tags are closed? |

I should mention that I do have hidden text, but that was put in after I was banned. I figured, if I'm going to be out anyway, it might as well look good. My H1 and all but one H2 tags have been coded out of the margins of the page by CSS.

The site doesn't seem to be banned: onlinedownloads.org - Yahoo! Search Results
But the semantical structure is horrible. Sorry if this is off-topic.

Consider also, that a competitor could have reported the site.

The thread starter said it, not me
Sounds like this person is engaging in some risky SEO tactics though as well, which could lead to trouble in the future.

That should not be a problem. You can have more than 10 subdomains. It depends on what you do with them. Duplicated content? Doorway pages? Simply read their guidelines: Yahoo! Search Content Quality Guidelines. - Yahoo! Search Help Quote:
