Google places more weight on backlinks, while yahoo more on page optimization. But both are an important factor in their algorithm for yahoo and google.

Default Yahoo Answers

I sugguest you Blog, on Yahoo's 360 on topics related to your busines and get on Yahoo Answers as an expert. It does wonders.
I would be most appreciative if this Yahoo Group can help me this Holiday Season.
This is my prior post, many views and no comments. Are people afraid of Yahoo?

I really was expecting support on this.

My Post

I learned about Yahoo Answers from Webpro about a year ago. I learned it would help my site possibly get searched. I spent far more time asking silly questions about fashion and beauty, and answering question like an Ann Landers or Dear Abbey on fashion topics. 2751 questions to be exact and 1,022 Answers, I made it to Level 4. I watched the Beta Yahoo Answers grow and change. And viewed a lot of kids, porn and abusive behavior going on. Sunday I wake up to be locked out of my yahoo mail (my business files, calendar). I learn I was deactivated. Most likely because some YAHOO Answer member has reported my Emily Post behavior as spamming or abusive. Knowing I am Emily Post proper on this site, I immediately wrote a sincere business letter. I did receive a letter back that it was under investigation and I wrote another sincere letter back. Isn't Susie Ormond promoting her business on Yahoo, Martha Stewart, Donald trump, Oprah? Now four days later, I have gotten no where. Losing all my email files, 360 group, calendar which was a real fiasco for my business week and important email business files. No one could email me. I now have a gmail account and am being forced to go back to my AOL account. Please, anyone who has Yahoo advise, I am all ears!:)

Wait, did you just suggest that people become an answers expert and then say that you were banned because of doing that? I guess you have to be careful with that one....

Default Yahoo Customer Service

After three months of no response from Yahoo Customer service. I can't shout it loud enough on line or by blogging how disappointed I am. Yahoo Answers is a Beta site, and since kids are on the BETA Yahoo Answers site, they have Trolls who can deactivate your account. I was at Level 4 with 2843 questions. Apparently when a Troll flags you [google]YAHOO[/google] deactivates everything. I lost all emails on yahoo, files, calendar, my 360 Groups and Blogs. I also used yahoo for my Interior Design business. I blog many places and I also comment on many sites. www.Blondeheiress.com is an affiliate to Yahoo as well, go figure? In response, Mark the bottom line is Yahoo customer service SUCKS![yahoo][/yahoo] Today I did a Yahoo Customer Service survey that came in my email:) Jee maybe now some Yahoo software will see the rating 1 and the software will sweep attention to me.
