Does yahoo block certain maillistings?

i have been subscribing to a certain newsletter using my yahoo account but i dont receive any newsletter(not even in my bulk mail) when i emailed the website regarding this problem they say that yahoo mail is blocking their mail listings totally so it dont even go to bulk mail folder =( can anyone confirm?? help pls

You might want to check your folder
filter settings.
