Default Yahoo's PR program

Why Yahoo and MSN don't have their own PR like Google, they could call it SR(site rank) or YR(yahoo Rank) or something else, that would boost their value as a SE?

Hiops,

When IE7 is introduced in a couple weeks favoring MSN, I would expect to see coordinated efforts to make MSN even more appealing as an SE.

They have been setting back for a while without many changes...I wouldn't at all be surprised if we start seeing some interesting changes there.

YAHOO though, seems to be dead in the water for a while. It's almost like they fired the Marketing Division.

I wondering why MSN, being in business a long before G appeared and having a lot of resources can't beat G in competition.I usually use MSN when I need real life information, but when it comes to business and evaluation of sites everybody including me go to Google. And I thought maybe it's because they have this PR program, so why not them to launch something?
