Yahoo groups latest daily digest feature only in some groups

Is this new feature of daily digest given to only some groups. I am a member of few groups and could avail this feature for some groups and not available for other groups.
Can anybody help in getting the new feature for all groups.
I send a help querry and got an automated message which is totally useless
