How to optimise for this keyword: 3G Data Card

Hi All,

I have been trying to optimise for this keyword for some time now with no luck. (keyword: 3G Data Card)

I noticed today when searching in yahoo that the pages that do target this keyword do not have many pages..maybe just one or two. while in our case we do have a few using the keyword across text links and content.

i know i am supposed to make sure the title meta tag the same as the heading on the page - but it seems to me the majority of the websites showing on yahoo.co.uk are not doing that- yet they are being ranked high.

perhaps the incoming link's achor text of those sites is the desired keyword.
though your site may be opimised for that keyword in terms of on site optimisation, off page optimisation in the form of incoming links with desired anchor text is also important
