Anything comprable to AdSense on Yahoo or MSN ?

This whole area is new to me and I'm wondering if any other Search Engines have set up income opportunities for Publishers similar to Google AdSense? If so, I would appreciate any links that are available. Thanks for any direction with this.

Yahoo has YPN on limited release, if you're not in the USA its not really available.
MSN had a version of adwords (adcenter) but no adsense.
Other networks include adbrite and clicksor, got a reputation for being used by people banned by adsense.

Maybe that's the reason i don't find the subscription page for YPN... So may i assume that Yahoo ads doesn't exist out of the US?

I think that's like asking if anyone knows when Google will release their next update. We can speculate based on history, but we'll probably be wrong.
