Default Shed some light... please

Hi All,

I noticed that the majority of the pages showing in Yahoo for the keyword: BlackBerry 7290 have very few keywords in the content of their pages. In Comparison with our website, we have many pages on blackberry and we used the terms BlackBerry 7290 5 times on this page : http://www.airtimemanager.co.uk/Phon...erry/7290.aspx

so what are we missing that is making us not rank for this term? any help is appreciated.

thanks,
T

Default Issues on the page.

Okay, so first and right of the gate. You messed up your meta description tag.

Your Tag:
<meta name="BlackBerry 7290 Mobile Phone – the ultimate business tool, stay connected anywhere – anytime. ">

Example Tag:
<meta name="description" content="BlackBerry 7290 Mobile Phone from Airtime Manager. The BlackBerry 7290 capabilities include email, phone, browser, bluetooth, SMS, and daily organizer functions.">

In the example tag, you'll also notice that the description includes multiple instances of the keywords you're tuning for.

Also, you didn't mention, but are you mainly focused in the UK, or are you looking to sell this product anywhere?

I'd also work on your title tag, and overall inlinks to your site. So that your importance is a little higher in your very competetive market.

Now...that will be $300, you can send that through Paypal. :0) Just kidding.

If you'd like more assistance, or have more questions, do not hesitate to PM me and I'll help if I can.
