Default Backlinks query? to WWW or not to WWW

Ok I seem to have lots more backlinks to burf.com that to www.burf.com

Does doing linkdomain:burf.com also include the www. ones?

It should from what I understand of that command. We see that on our sites as well.

According to my mate, www is just a normal subdomain anyway

Yes... www is a subdomain.

Keeping that in mind, sites linking to our blogs (blogs.toolbarn.com) also show up in a query for linkdomain:toolbarn.com, so I'd say it's safe to assume that just using the domain and not using the www would get all incoming links.
