is Yahoo's free site submission down?

I have been trying to get into the Yahoo site submission at http://submit.search.yahoo.com/free/request for the past couple of days and have not been able to get the page to load, the day before I couldn't get it to load, I was trying to submit a couple of sites, and kept getting a "timeout" error.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yep, that was the timeout message I was getting. I kept getting that after logging in with two different accounts, and trying to submit two different urls.

I got the same error message when submitting a new site on the day of its launch. However, the site was crawled by Slurp within three days.

Submission is only a back-up.
