sofware to get bids?

I am looking for a piece of software that goes to Yahoo/Overture Bid site and can pull down the bid amounts for a given keyword.

Obviously, the software will have to screen scrape the page, and prompt the user every time the "code" comes up. The page I am talking about is here:

Has anyone ever seen/used software like this?

If not, would there be a market for it if I can't find it and end up having someone write it for me?

Isn't this included in some of the tools like Atlas One Point? It's been a while since I last used it, but I was sure that feature was included.
