Errror in Directory submission

Hello friends,

I am trying to submit my web site www.agroengineers.com to the Yahoo Directory. I go to the relevant category gears> manufacturers, click on the submit web site link, m able to go to the "Site and Contact Information" Page and find an error in Yahoo submission:

Category : Not Specified - provide Additional Information below.

No matter how much I try, the category remains same. If I submit it, it will be rejected and I will still be charged USD 299, so I am afraid to make suggestion, what should I do? The problem is same in other categories and has been there for quite some time.
