Default Yahoo link indexing vs paid indexing

Hello

I've noticed that a site can get into the yahoo directory by means of having a backlink from a "respected" (for lack of a better word) link site. However, I've also noted that Yahoo doesn't index my whole site for some reason, only the page I get the backlink to.

Does paying for inclusion into the Yahoo directory means that it will spider the whole site (regularly) and have all my pages included there? Or is it just a waste of time and should only focus on highly respected backlinks to my inner pages?

Thanks for any advice given...

Not really, roughly a year old. It has a PR4 and about 500+ pages indexed in Google. But as I said, only 4 in Yahoo...

Default Paid inclusion

Paid inclusion will get their spider to go into hyperdrive for you. They'll spider the whole site every 48 hours. However, that only lasts while your budget is up to the challenge. As soon as your PPC budget for paid inclusion is up, then the standard crawls come back into play. Those "Special" crawls only put the pages into a "Special" index that give PPC results within their organic SERPs.

The answer is that yes, you'll get spidered more, but it'll only last while you're willing to pay for the pages being listed without any preferential treatment in the SERPs.
