my site ranking at 4th page for main keyword and the same site is ranking on 5th page for some time

I *believe* he is saying that he's wondering why his ranking changed from the 5th page to the 4th. Lets try a little programming here and see how this works out:

 print "Yahoo is doing alot of updates right now so changes are to be expected/.  Also as more sites are added and deleted/, your rankings will change/.  Its the nature of the beast/.";}

(ps. its been about 6 years since I've done anything close to C so any errors can be blamed on family history of bad memoroy.)

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. the '.us' designation at the end of his handle has me concerned and the poor english has me worried that we may never really comprehend the intentions of his questions. Although it almost comes off as he created a thread to save time from having to read and study the art of seo.
