Yahoo Faster at Spidering

I manage and help develop a number of websites for work and personal use. Since Yahoo began performing their own searches I have noticed that they update their indexes on much more frequent intervals than Google does. Maybe this is one of the things that Google should consider improving upon. I have noticed that it may take up to three months before Google will revisit some websites. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed a simalar trand.

I haven't had a chance to analyze Yahoo too much lately.
But I hope you're right. Yahoo has been notorious for being slow to update their index, especially with changed pages

Hello Google visits my site on alternate dates but Yahoo does not spider my site. does any one knows how to get to yahoo to spider the site

The frequency of visit of google robot depends on the page rank of the site. So it will not be same for all the sites. My main site google visits more than once in a day. If I am adding a new page then it is taking 4 days for google to index it.

I don't find that Yahoo updates more often than Google, I think Google is quicker at updating. Yahoo may be quicker at spidering but their is usually a difference of a couple of months between when they spider and actually put pages into their live index.
