Default I climbed up in yahoo to #20

Hello, I have changed several incoming link texts and so, and I got to #20 and start receiving 3-5 visitors a day. However, I am intrigued, how I can do some ON page optimization so Yahoo ranks me even higher. I am now having quite low keyword density. What would be the optimal for yahoo, and how ofthen yahoo does spider the sites, so I could check the changes?!

As far as I know, yahoo likes OnPage optimisation more than google. Any sugestions / basic ideas?

I wouldn't worry too much about the on-page optimization part. Just make sure you do the basics, which is:
1-keyword in title tag
2-keyword in meta tags
3-keyword density in-line with other high-ranking pages for that search phrase
4-keyword prominence in-line or better than other high-ranking pages for that search phrase

It's mostly due to the links. The page that has the most links wins.

Johnny 'understatement'

Seeing you have no H1 or H2 tags looks like a big problem for me, this is based on what we use and the success it has over and over again.

From what you state briefly, and not seeing the site,....13 word page title? and no heading tags? thats where to start making changes

<title>My Keyphrase</>
<h1>My Keyphrase</>
<h2>Something including my Keyphrase</>
<h2>Something similar but different</>
<h2>Another variation of that keyphrase</>

thats about what works here.
