Why this(mentioned in topic) page ranks high in Yahoo?!

It has frames, no keywords but in the URL, only 2 IBL
And i can not understand why it is in TOP10 Yahoo!??
Can someone explain this?

The site is using the no cache tag so the content could be cloaked.

Definitely something fishy with the site. The backlinks are all mirrors of the site. Some major witchcraft vodooo going on.
