Inktomi Surelist

About a year ago I signed up to (inktomi surelist) for $39. It boasted my traffic and listed my site on the first page for most of my keywords. Now I get an email notice saying that Position Tech has taken over this service and they are discontinuing it for Overtures site match service. My site has recently disappeared from Yahoo's search. Is there a service like Surelist, or Site match but without the $.15 per click?

I am surprised that both Yahoo and Google have not baned you --- it will only be a matter of time. Its took me all of about 2 seconds to see why.
