Default 302 redirect from link directory has hijacked my index page

In the last 4 days all but the index page of my web site has disappeared from the yahoo index. A search on yahoo for my url (which is also the title of my website) shows the index page only with a cache showing as follows
(www.theirsite.com/cgi-bin/links/jump.cgi?ID=???) In checking server header information the jump is done as a 302 redirect. Apparently then my site is dumped because the other site who is initiating the 302 redirect is being credited with my content?!? I also do not understand why they would be linking to my site with a temporary redirect?

I have emailed the other site asking them to remove the link but they have not responded to me. I have changed my index page. Access logs still show Yahoo slurp going throughout site. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
