Default Overture Reporting Question

Happy day,

This forum seemed to be the closest to anything dealing with Overture (owned by Yahoo) and my question isn't SEO related, but perhaps someone will be able to help.

I need to create a year-to-date report. Overture doesn't support reporting for a time span larger than a 95-day range and their tech support says that they have no plans to do so.

I've downloaded the report I'm interested in on a quarterly basis. As you can imagine , we have a ton of keywords and there are differences between the quarters. Some words are new, some are retired, etc.

The task is this: if the data in Column A (search term) matches, then add the data in column B (impressions) and Column C (clicks) and show the aggregated data.

I'm not a database guy, and I figure that others of you out there also have this problem. How have you solved it?

Curiously,

Jeff Pasternack
