"Cached" status hurting my rankings?

My yahoo rankings for my searm terms are pretty dismal compared to my top 10 in google. I recently noticed that next to my listing in yahoo, it does not diaplay a cached link.

Does this mean yahoo is not cacheing my site? Is this affecting my rankings? Slurp bot visits my site about three times a day according to my logs.

At one time I was ranked number 4 in yahoo for "arizona web design" then suddenly I dropped down into the 40-70 range where I have been ever since. I cannot recall if I was "cached" back when i enjoyed high rankings..

Any ideas if cache affects rankings? And can anyone offer ideas as to help me move back up in yahoo?
