Yahoo vs. google Rankings

I am top 10 even top 5 for some key phrases of mine in google.. such as "arizona web design" and "arizona web development"

The same searches find me down in the 50+ range on yahoo.

What are some specific techniques to increase rankings on yahoo... any ideas would be great. Please glance over my site and see if anything that could be more yahoo friendly pops out.

my keyword is 'database design leicester'
I am top 5 in yahoo,teoma etc. but 30-40 in google.
The quickest way you could improve your yahoo rankings is to set up a my yahoo page and put your RSS feed on it.
Any tips for me for google?

a my yahoo page eh.. with my rss feed. Good idea, I'll try that.

as for google.. it is all about backlinks. You cant have too many. I also use this tool as a helper..

How do you set up an RSS feed in MyYahoo? I'm logged in and cannot seem to figure it out.

it is under + add content.. just paste in a RSS Url

I saw a 2 position bump in the last few days.. but nothing to write home about.

Any other yahoo tricks?

i was unable to add my site under RSS it gives me error "No sources were found for the entry you provided" i don't have any RSS tag on my website. What is RSS?
But i was able to create a "BOOKMARK" content for my account and added all my website.

Node,

I have got reasonable rankings on Google, mainly due to the title of the pages.

e.g. WYKO the company I work for sell HV Coils. The title for the page is :

Coils UK Manufacture HV Coils/LV Coils Repair/Manufacture - WYKO Industrial Services.

Please note the product features first, then the company name, I also have the headings being fed a variable which updates the alt tags on all of the images, and a heading variable to allow the Sub Title of the page to change.
