Yahoo Express Submission

Hi all,

I have weird problem.

I had submittd the link called http://www.dm.gov.ae/main.html months ago.

and i saw the url for 2 days in yahoo while seraching for dubai municipality. and then disappeared. Later i cudnt find it out. Then i tried Yahoo Express submission, but it didnt allowed me to do so, as it was saying the url is already there in the directory.

When i tried to change/amend url, it was saying the url is not present. its really confusing. Please let me know what should be done? How to delete the present url and submit the url http://www.dm.gov.ae/main.html once again via Yahoo Express.

Please advice. Thanks in Advance.

Thanks a lot for the reply. But I want this url to be submitted to express yahoo, so that someone searches for Dubai municipality finds this site in the first page. Any chance for it? Cud u plz advice me on this?

AFAIK, if its already in the directory, it will come up in the SERPs, that is, of course, if your site is SEO'd for those keywords.

your site ranks number 2 for "Dubai Municipality" on yahoo and google

But, am not able to see the url http://www.dm.gov.ae/main.html in yahoo. I cud see the listing in Google. Cud u plz let me know, how did u find http://www.dm.gov.ae/main.html in Yahoo.?

Awaiting your reply on this. When i try "dubai municipality" in yahoo, some other urls are listed, not the url (http://www.dm.gov.ae/main.html) which i submitted.

Looks like Yahoo! is only indexing vgn.dm.gov.ae. Do a quick search for 'domain:dm.gov.ae' followed by 'domain:www.dm.gov.ae' and you'll see what I mean. It's a little risky but you may wish to redirect vgn.dm.gov.ae/DMEGOV/dm-mp-dm to www.dm.gov.ae/main.html or better include a couple of well placed links to it instead and wait.
