Overture Sitematch refuses to accept my site. Why?

Here is my primary question: Overture SiteMatch refuses to accept my site www.theispguide.com but my site is listed in isp directories in yahoo directory. Why?

I am responsible for marketing for The ISP Guide, www.theispguide.com, and for some reason yahoo is not crawling our site, ever since I applied for Site Match. Can you see if I am doing anything wrong? Because I tried and can not tell why yahoo is not crawling?

I register thru Overture site match and they said my site was rejected. Here is where it get really bad, the people that handle overture site match are position tech, there support is just awful. I have emailed them and called them more then a dozen times. Every time they said that they would call me back, not once and they replied maybe 2-3 times with very wrong answers.

I registered on June 26th with overture SiteMatch, after all these calls and emails finally this last week after labor day weekend they tell me my site is rejected by SiteMatch and yahoo. And they can not tell me why, I said please tell me so that I can correct the problem. The person from site match tells me call yahoo (Yahoo owns Overture SiteMatch :-), they basically tell me yahoo has rejected the site www.theispguide.com and we can not include your site. I ask her can you please give me a number and I will speak to them so that I can resolve it why I am rejected in SiteMatch, she tells me she does not know who the people at yahoo are. This is what is surprising, the people at site match can not tell me why and whets wrong with the site. In google we are ranked fine, and I know we are not knowingly doing any thing wrong. So any feedback would be great on what we are doing wrong to get banned:.

Most Important Fact again: In Yahoo Directories our site The ISP Guide is listed
but for some reason my site can not be added into SiteMatch and not yahoo has stopped crawling.

1) What am I doing wrong in my site www.theispguide.com to be banned by yahoo site match?

2) Has anyone else had such poor support from overture SiteMatch? And what would I need to do to get a hold of the correct person at site match?

Can you edit that long URl of yours so we do not have to scroll horizontally to read it? Just remove the url entirely or use the Url bbcode and a short anchor text.

Removed the long link. :-)Hopefully now someone can give me somefeedback on what to do.
