The tool is wrong. Report the flaw to the website so they will know about it and correct it. It is possible that Yahoo may have banned their IP for making automated queries to their index. I tried several Urls and got the same results, zero.
Do a manual check at Yahoo and do not put too much stock in automated queries, for Yahoo in particular. You can do a backlink check at Yahoo using different variations of your domain (with http;// without it, etc.) and come up with widely varying results. The correct query to perform at Yahoo to return the most results is
link:http://www.webproworld.com/ with the trailing slash. As an experiment, run it without the trailing slash or any other portion of the Url (such as www or the leading http).
