Default Inktomi submission thru Lycos Insite

Hello all!

I noticed that you can still submit to Inktomi through Lycos' Insite (http://insite.lycos.com/inclusion/se...ginesubmit.asp). Is this just a website that needs to be updated or a way to submit without joining SiteMatch?

Btw, I posted to the yahoo forum since it owns Inktomi..hope it was a correct assumption.

Inktomi Index at Insight (Lycos) never shows links or listing to Yahoo! It is for a paid SE listings that Lycos put up this link. One can submit to Inktomi thru Lycos for the Search Engines listed in their index coverage.

If you need to submit to many other Search Engines (of course most are free, with a few redirecting to some paid listings and some with difficult questionnaire) - you can go here: http://www.submitplus.com/freeprograms.php?b=best100

You can also use this WEB CEO to submit to more than 150 Search Engines (Including Yahoo! and Google) - just automatically. But you need to download this shareware/freeware programme at: www.webceo.com/

IMO, you can just directly submit to Yahoo! That's the best way for quicker listing.

may,

Can't really discern what you are asking here. With a PR5 and already being listed on YAHOO there is not a need for you to submit your own. If asking about a new client or any other new site, just link them up anywhere on your PR5 - No need to submit these days!, Here it comes; SLURP, SLURP, SLURP - I can almost guarantee it will beat GOOGLE to the punch!, It's smoking fast now and will slurp up anything off a PR5!
