Default the WWW in this URL is not present in the results

When the search results in YAHOO list this site, "www.capscustomminibikes.com" it reads like this: "capscustominibikes.com"
the WWW is not there and I think it has made this site problematic.
Why would the WWW not be there? And... could this be why the home page never shows up in YAHOO searches? I have so many issues with YAHOO. Thanks to this forum I know I am not alone.

The www is not there because all of the links going to the site go to the domain.com and the site owner probably won't let anyone go to domain.com--it may redirect to the non-www version.

Can you be more specific or perhaps suggest a workable solution?

I'm confused:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=cap...=20&fl=0&x=wrt

I don't see a problem?

You will not believe this, as I was writing earlier on this issue, an email arrived from YAHOO tech support stating:

"Unfortunately there is no way we can guarantee or support a
particular URL being included or ranked in the engine. We
tune the algorithm all the time and as we do this, sites go up
and down in rank for a particular query. So I recommend not
making commitments to your customers about inclusion,
ranking or traffic in our search engine."

This was in regards to this URL appearing and then disappearing back in May.
Then today after the email arrives I was curious to see "what if" and searched on YAHOO. It appeared number 1 and number 8 with a keyword search (custom mini bikes). First time in over a month. Now the listing is gone, again! In a matter of hours. I am getting a very nervous stomach over this.
