I am not sure what you are asking, but the site at #19 in Yahoo looks fine to me. Search engine rankings change all the time, so no site has "could that site get my place in the ranking" - its not "your place".

Maybe you need to explain in more detail what you are asking.

Not quite sure what you are asking, but your site only has one page indexed in Yahoo and only three links are found in Yahoo.
If your site was down for some time it was probably dropped from the search engines index and will slowly be reindexed so long as there are links pointing to it.

I would suggest that in the meantime you spend some time optimizing your site and getting more inbound links.

Gotta do some SEO there. In Google #1 "Miller" shows 2300 incoming links where you show 46. I would prescribe a competitive linking campaign based on competitor listings just after replacing all graphical links with CSS textural links. They can still be pretty!

Make sure your Title, Description and Keyword tags all agree on priorities at the top of a pyramidal hiarchy. FIRST COMES FIRST!

You will hit the bulls-eye!
