Working fine for me, possibly you have a bad router or switch between you and Yahoo.

Perhaps you're right, but the reason I checked was that I had a complaint that one of our websites is not available, so it can't just be here.

If its a switch near you then that might affect those on the other side of it seeing your site.
Check with your ISP.
