Dear Webpros,
why is Yahoo! getting increasingly sneaky and deceptive? Do they aspire to control their users like Microsoft? I find the above outrageous! It means that if you give them any substantial feedback privately, they make it their company intellectual property. Fortunately the counter measure is simple, discuss your comments in public.

I'm already amused, that they assert IP rights on such an obvious idea, as DomainKeys in the first place. Cryptographic signatures haven't been invented by Yahoo and should we really make it a different patent, for each little bit of different data that we sign or encrypt? Or is it the genius idea to add some extra data to the DNS system, that is worth a patent?

What is your opinion, should we watch out?

P.S.: I also find the new Yahoo search results with build in spyware capability and the diffuse SiteMatch questionable practices.
