How about killing this blog that is harvesting posts from here as its content?

Probably be better talking to bluehost.com, as thats who the domain registrant is. So far I have not been able to garner any more about the owner, will post if I manage to find the lil bastard

I filled out a DMCA complaint with BlueHost and got his account suspended. Big thanks to all you guys, especially williamc for spotting this.
