So, you said "devised the whole concept" as opposed to "invented". As a wordsmith yourself, tell me the difference.

But when we called you on it, then you admitted:

I guess you did not devise the whole concept as previously claimed.

Where you have claimed your superiority... Let's take a look at your RSS claim in total...

I'm on your side - just try stepping outside of the box and look at what I try to do to assist people.
Because "you know a little bit about this", we should just take your word for it that

Duplicate content - OK you want to fill a blog or a website with fresh and meaningful content. But all the good stuff has been written.
Hashed and rehashed topics do not mean that everything that has ever been said is all that can ever be said on a subject.

You have painted with a wide paint brush to suggest that no one is capable of writing anything good on a subject, without stealing someone elses Copyrighted work.

But, you are a published author, so it is okay for you to say such things. Your published author status gives you power over the topic that no one else can touch.

Now, I'm trying to work out which one is the ventriloquist and which one is the dummy. So please extol my virtues in full - go for it - where have I said that my knowledge is the greatest around WPW - because I can tell you now - I am a marketer not a technical guy. I am intrigued
So much for oversight. Who oversees you? No one? No wonder you can approach this with such a flip attitude, Mr. David C Tabuk of the UK (whose published book could not be located in google.com or google.co.uk).

Is this to suggest that anyone participating in this thread should be targeted as a spammer???

Mr mod simply pissed me off on a number of levels. If that makes me a spammer, then so be it!

This is the kind of crap that caused me to stop participating at Site-Reference forums. But that was caused by a number of threads like these two, where mods let their power go to their heads. Will I leave WPW? I don't know yet.

AVC: I challenge you to take twenty minutes to read the original thread, and if you don't believe that Mr mod was not out of line, then I will drop it.

Signed,

Just another link spammer I guess.

If the links the discussion is about were in your signature, I do not see any problem, since WPW also tolerates to a certain degree of affiliate links in signatures.

If the links were in posts and not off-topic including a context and not just a single link, I cannot see any link dropping issue when it comes to search engines guidelines.

If I miss something here, please clarify.
The mod.? in question seems to think if you post more than once in a thread that you are link dropping because of the links in your sig.

After his stupid comment he went to my forum and found a thread were I was talking about posting at WPW again to get traffic to a new site.

At that moment he started his attacks again and saying that the first attack was because of something that he did not know about at the time.

lol

Why want just say you lied?

There was less than 300 and you wanted to link drop and said the list had over 6,000 and could not post them.

I've never done anything like that. You break the rules and attack me when I did not break the rules you did. Do you see something wrong with this picture?

Nothing personal L&T, I am just mentioning that hot threads seem to attract the kinds of folks we are discussing with this subject.

I am not going to jump in the middle of this gang warfare here on WPW at this time, sorry, I am not joining sides with one or the other, I am the world's biggest critic of forum managers when I feel there is injustice going on, but I have not been around here full time so I will pass on this particular war.

For the record, I don't have a problem with people dropping links in WPW -- as long as good judgment is exercised.

I do have a problem with petty bullshit flame threads. So I'm closing this one down know with fair warning to EVERYbody involved not to start it again.
