pop-up webproworld registration

Tell me, why does, every time I go to WebProWorld, a window pop up to allow me to register with Webpro world. I am registered, and my cookie is there, (as I am automatically logged in to the forum), so why can't the script check for this cookie, and not pop up this screen. It is very annoying, and we have to deal with too many pop-up screens as it is.
