Exclamation Most Recent shows posts moved to quarantine

Is there a reason that on the left navigation "Most Recent", shows posts which have been moved to quarantine? Is that possibly be a bug?

If it is not a bug, it is annoying, therefore not usable.

it's a bug.

It's not a bug.

The post in question was double posted... one was in the quarantine and one wasn't.
