What is spam?
I have seen an increasing tendency to forum spammers at WPW.
There is at least one method to reduce forum spam, by allowing links in member posts after the member has posted a minimum (of meaningful) posts.
Ken's post:

is a reminder. Can WPW members signatures be used to "spam the Google index?"
Conclusion from the thread:
What is spam?

SERP Spam:
pages on a SERP that are not relevant to the search term, have been manipulated to artificially raise their SERP rank over that which would be achieved normally through content, relevancy, and good design, or serve no useful purpose for a searcher. Also, the use of techniques, legitimate or otherwise, to achieve this.

I think, now it is time for you to delete my profile.
- I thank you for what I have learned from this forum.
- I thank you for warm and cold comments.
- If I am not blocked, I will look into the forum now and then, but now I have to concentrate on other more important things / projects.
- Last but not least, this forum has the best admins I experienced on the internet.
Best regards
